Get started with the Client Portal - learn how to log in, access key features, use the mobile app, and securely work with your accounting firm

Welcome to the Client Portal! This is your secure online space to collaborate with your
accounting firm throughout the year. Whether you need to upload tax documents,
complete questionnaires, pay invoices, or simply send a message to your accountant, the Client Portal puts everything in one convenient place.

This guide will help you get started with the basics. You will learn how to log in for the
first time, understand what the portal offers, and access it from your mobile device.

What Is the Client Portal?

The Client Portal is a secure platform where you can:

  • View and complete tax questionnaires
  • Upload and download documents securely
  • View and pay invoices online
  • Sign documents electronically
  • Exchange messages with your accountant
  • Track the status of your requests

The portal is available through any web browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. You can also download mobile apps for iOS and Android for even easier access.

 

Logging In for the First Time

Your accounting firm will send you an email invitation to access the portal. Follow these steps to get started:

  • Check your email for an invitation from your accounting firm
  • Click the activation link in the email
  • Create a secure password for your account
  • Log in using your email and new password

Tip: If you do not receive the invitation email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact your accounting firm to have the invitation resent.

 

Using the Mobile App

The Qount Client Portal is also available as a mobile app for iOS and Android devices. The mobile app provides convenient access to your most-used features on the go.

Downloading the App

  • iOS: Search “Qount Client Portal” in the Apple App Store or access the link below:

Logging In to the Mobile App

 After downloading the app, follow these steps to log in:

  1. Open the Qount app. You will see a welcome screen describing the app features. Tap the arrow button to continue.

  2. Enter your firm name in the Firm Name field and tap Proceed.

  3. Enter your email address and password, then tap Login.

Tip: If you need to switch to a different firm, tap "Change Firm Name" at the bottom of the login screen
