Your tax packet walks you through each step in order. Complete each step before moving to the next. The steps below may vary depending on your firm’s configuration. Some steps may not appear in your packet if your firm has not enabled them.

Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate between completed and current steps. You cannot skip ahead to a future step.

  2. Click Sign to open the DocuSign signing experience.

How to Complete It

  1. Answer each identity verification question as it appears.
  2. Click Submit when you have answered all questions.

Note: If you are unable to pass the KBA, contact your accounting firm for assistance. They can help you verify your identity through an alternative method and resend your packet.

How to Complete It

  1. Review Form 8879 and confirm the information is correct.
  2. Click Sign to open the DocuSign signing experience.

Note: This is a required step. Your firm cannot e-file your return without a signed Form 8879.
